By registering for and attending the 3rd PAFLAR Congress 2023, I understand that I may be exposed to persons, who, knowingly or unknowingly, are infected with the novel coronavirus and/or have contracted COVID-19 and/or other communicable disease, whether pandemic or endemic.
I acknowledge the contagious nature and complications of COVID- 19 and other prevalent pandemic and endemic communicable diseases and voluntarily assume all risk that I may be exposed to or infected with.
Although Pride Inn Paradise Hotel, Shanzu-Mombasa;where the Conference will be held have put in place measures in an effort to try and reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus and COVID-19, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that PAFLAR cannot guarantee that you, or any other person, will not become ill, including with COVID-19, while attending the Conference.
As a condition to my in-person attendance at the Conference, I assume full responsibility for my participation as an in-person at the Conference and any related events, including as relates to any Illness, exposure or infection, and I discharge, indemnify, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue PAFLAR, its employees and agents in relation to any Illness, or injury experienced or incurred in connection with my attendance at or participation in the Conference or any Conference-related events.
